Friend, the Trump administration is breaking the law to protect pedophiles.
On Friday, the DOJ was required by law to release the Epstein files. They released only a small portion of the files, with 90% of the information redacted and many deleted pages. They’re trying to protect powerful people from being implicated.
They even scrubbed mentions and images of Trump himself — and when one picture of Trump made it into this batch of documents, the DOJ quickly removed it from their website.
ADD YOUR NAMEThe law that passed unanimously through Congress clearly states that redactions are allowable to protect the identity of the victims.
But somehow, the Trump administration took it upon themselves to make wide redactions that protect the identities of powerful people and further obscure the world around Epstein.
And beyond those redactions, they failed to release:
All of these documents would give us a much better window into how Epstein operated and who else was implicated. They would finally expose what all regular Americans know to be true: Jeffrey Epstein was not alone in his crimes, and anyone else who’s involved deserves to face justice.
Democrats in Congress are pushing to release these files and compel the Trump administration to follow the law. We’re asking for your help today in turning up the pressure:
