Dear community,
On January 13, 2026, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear West Virginia v. B.P.J and Little v. Hecox. These cases could shape whether transgender people are protected from discrimination in schools, sports, and public life.
That’s why we’re heading to Washington, DC, to show up loud, united, and impossible to ignore [[link removed]] . Together, we’ll demonstrate that people across all races, genders, and backgrounds defend a future where trans athletes and all trans people can thrive.

For years, extremist politicians have tried to divide us by targeting young trans athletes while ignoring the issues our communities actually face. These sports bans don’t make anyone safer; they fuel harassment of all girls, especially Black girls, and threaten the civil rights of every LGBTQ+ person. By joining us, you’ll be in solidarity with trans people and their loved ones, youth, advocates, and allies from across the nation, all fighting for a future where every student, trans or not, can be part of the team.
Sign up for a bus seat to the national rally in DC. [[link removed]]
When we work together and show up for all members of our team, we win. On January 13, we show the country exactly that.
In solidarity,
Mariah Moore, Director of Policy and Programs
