[Power Plate Personal]([link removed]) is out of stock until mid January.

Did you know....

Nitric oxide is one of the most important signaling molecules your arteries make.

It’s produced by the endothelium (the thin cellular lining inside every blood vessel) and it acts like a biological “relax” signal:

    •    It tells arteries to dilate → increasing blood flow and reducing pressure
    •    It keeps vessel walls elastic, not stiff
    •    It suppresses inflammation, oxidation, and plaque formation
    •    It prevents platelets from sticking and forming clots

When NO is high, arteries behave like young, flexible conduits.
When NO is low, arteries behave like old, rigid pipes.

This is why endothelial dysfunction (low NO signaling) is considered the earliest stage of cardiovascular disease, long before blockages show up on scans.

Will ~10 minutes on Power Plate stimulate enough nitric oxide to help arteries?

Yes — and this is where mechanical activation matters more than people realize.

Nitric oxide production is mechanically driven.

The primary trigger for endothelial NO release is shear stress — the frictional force of blood moving across the vessel wall.

Power Plate creates this in several ways simultaneously:
    1.    Rapid muscle contractions
Every vibration causes muscles to contract and relax dozens of times per second → this pumps blood aggressively through arteries and capillaries.
    2.    Increased shear stress on the endothelium
More pulsatile flow = stronger NO signaling.
    3.    Microvascular recruitment

Capillaries that are normally dormant open up → improving local circulation and oxygen delivery.

Studies on whole-body vibration consistently show:
    •    Increased peripheral blood flow
    •    Improved endothelial function
    •    Acute rises in nitric oxide availability

So while 10 minutes doesn’t turn you into a marathon runner, it absolutely creates a meaningful NO pulse — especially for people who are sedentary, older, injured, or dealing with anabolic resistance.

This is why standing on Power Plate often produces:
    •    Warmth in hands and feet
    •    A “vascular” feeling without exertion
    •    A post-session calm, open circulation sensation

What else is helped by this nitric oxide surge?

Once NO is up, the effects cascade system-wide:

Vascular & cardiovascular
    •    Improved arterial compliance
    •    Better blood pressure regulation
    •    Reduced vascular inflammation
Brain
    •    Increased cerebral blood flow
    •    Better oxygen and glucose delivery
    •    Often improved focus or calm afterward
Muscle & connective tissue
    •    Enhanced nutrient delivery
    •    Faster recovery signaling
    •    Synergy with collagen synthesis (this is where your vitamin C insight is dead-on)
Metabolic
    •    Improved insulin sensitivity
    •    Better mitochondrial signaling

This is why NO is often described as a master regulator molecule — it’s not just for cardio and blood flow.  Your whole body needs it.

Run a quick mile or jump on your Power Plate.
