You helped us make a tremendous
impact against Alzheimer's this year.
Dear Friend,
As this year draws to a close, it's
inspiring to look back on all that our supporters made possible in the
fight against Alzheimer's disease in 2025.
Our community is only as strong as it is because of you. The
kindness and compassion that you've shown this year are inspiring
- and powerful. On behalf of everyone at the Alzheimer's
Association and the over 7 million Americans living with Alzheimer's,
I look forward to seeing how much more we can achieve together in the
year to come.
The generosity of our community has fueled meaningful progress
against this devastating disease. Though Alzheimer's remains an
escalating global health crisis, we have genuine hope and so much to
build upon in the coming year.
I'm pleased to share our 2025 Annual Report, highlighting how
your partnership is propelling our mission to lead the way to end
Alzheimer's and all other dementia - by accelerating global
research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing
quality care and support.

Thanks to the generosity and commitment of our community,
together we were able to:
* Deliver care and support more than 10 million times through
resources such as alz.org, care consultations, support groups
and education programs.

* Answer over 204,000 calls and online chats through our free 24/7
Helpline (800.272.3900), providing confidential guidance and
comfort to individuals and families facing dementia.
* Champion access to U.S. Food and Drug Administration-approved
Alzheimer's treatments in every state, ensuring people who could
benefit have the opportunity to do so.
* Support more than 1,200 active research projects in 56 countries
across six continents, strengthening global collaboration and
innovation.
While there is much to celebrate, we also know that the
holiday season can be especially difficult for families facing
Alzheimer's. It can be heartbreaking to watch loved ones struggle.
Caregivers, especially, may feel stretched thin as they try to balance
cherished traditions with new safety needs.
If you're going through a challenging time this holiday
season, please know you're not alone. We're always here for you.
Our free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900) is available every day
- including weekends and holidays. And at alz.org, you'll find
resources like our

The more we lift each other up, the stronger we become as a
community. Knowing that you continue to stand beside us as a supporter
and caring ally gives me confidence that 2026 will bring even more
hope and progress for everyone affected by this disease today,
tomorrow and for years to come.
Thank you, once again, for your passion for our fight. I hope
the 2025 Annual Report will encourage you to remain an active, engaged
member of this community in the year to come.
Warmest holiday wishes,
Donna McCullough

P.S. The holidays can be an especially difficult time for
individuals living with Alzheimer's and their families, so I hope
you'll send a gift to represent your solidarity and support. The
timing could not be better because any gift you make, up to a total of
$100,000, can be triple-matched - but only until December 23.
That means your year-end gift can make 3X the impact in the fight
against Alzheimer's. Once again, I send you my heartfelt thanks
- and warm wishes for a happy new year to you and your loved
ones.

to advance Alzheimer's care, support and research. From face-to-face
support to online education programs and promising global research
initiatives, your gift makes a difference in the lives of all those
affected by Alzheimer's and other dementias in your community and
across the world. Thank you for your continued support.
