Here’s how: The Trump administration is quietly trying to roll back Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act — the provision in the law that prohibits discrimination in healthcare based on gender, race, national origin, sex, age, or disability.

It’s hard to believe any President would willingly expose Americans to discrimination in healthcare. But that’s what President Trump’s latest rollback would do.
 
Too many Americans already struggle to access essential care. We don’t need discrimination to make it worse. That’s why Xavier is suing Trump to stop this attack, in addition to his separate lawsuit defending the entire Affordable Care Act.
