This month's ruling on the Dakota Access Pipeline vindicated years of struggle, but it's not over yet.

Tulsi Gabbard for President

Jack,

A few weeks ago we celebrated District Judge James Boasberg’s historic ruling that found the Dakota Access pipeline (DAPL) violated the National Environmental Policy Act and needed to cease operations and empty its pipelines of oil within 30 days.

The ruling vindicated years of struggle and the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe’s courageous protests that centered around the need to protect the most precious resource essential to life -- water.

But it’s not over yet.

Just last week, a federal appellate court halted the shutdown, allowing DAPL to continue to pump crude oil through protected land.

Now’s the time to take a stand!

ADD YOUR NAME

Add your name in support of Judge Boasberg’s decision, and tell the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to honor the lower court’s ruling and the National Environmental Policy Act.

This is a major moment that recognizes the threat this pipeline poses to the water that the Standing Rock Sioux and many others depend on.
