We had a big day yesterday! In the last 24 hours, we’ve received THREE endorsements from national organizations dedicated to environmental justice. Sunrise Movement, 350 Action, & Future Generations PAC join the local chapter of Sunrise STL to endorse Cori as the only progressive running for MO-01. 
 
 
While incumbent Lacy Clay accepts donations from corporations like Bayer, Nestle, & Northwestern Energy, Cori champions policies that would hold harmful companies accountable and lead us through a Just Transition. Cori believes in a FULL Green New Deal and nothing less. 
 
 
That means:
 
  • Guaranteeing safe, secure, & sustainable housing for all; 
  • Modernizing & decarbonizing infrastructure across the country; 
  • Securing a federal jobs guarantee with a $15 living wage and the right for all workers to unionize;
  • Ensuring universal healthcare coverage under Medicare for All & cancelling medical debt;
  • Investing in generations of young people by cancelling student debt & enforcing tuition-free public colleges, trade schools, & HBCU’s. 
  • Centering the input of frontline communities affected first and worst by environmental racism and climate disasters; 
  • And championing an immediate transition away from all fossil fuels and toward clean, renewable energy. 
  
One after another, major climate organizations are investing in our race, because they recognize that Cori is not only the leader St. Louis sorely needs, but that our entire nation deserves. 
 
 
Now more than ever, Cori is positioned to win a victory for communities across the country.
