Let me tell you a little bit about myself.

Growing up, my parents worked as hard as they could, but we struggled. I put my head in the books, went off to college, and in my junior year, I became a father. Medicaid kept my son and me healthy. Food stamps kept us fed. And public education gave me a path forward.

The deck was stacked against me — like it is for so many Nevadans right now — but I never gave up. I earned five degrees, became a public school math teacher, and got elected to the state Senate, where I served as Majority Leader. Today, I’m proud to serve as Nevada’s Attorney General.

I’m running for Governor to give Nevadans the leadership we deserve. But listen, friend, MAGA special interests are going to pour millions into this race to defeat me, and I need to meet my fundraising goals to fight back and win. As of now, I’m falling short.
