This is a win! We’re getting that much closer to flipping PA-01 from red to blue and winning back a Democratic majority in Congress.

We’re not surprised by this ratings change though, because the conversations we’re having with voters prove that our district is ready for change. Our community is fed up with Brian Fitzpatrick.
