This past September, AFSP launched The Upright, our exciting new initiative to address health equity in mental health and suicide prevention.
Since its launch, The Upright has hosted three Summit Webinars, each bringing together local and national experts who are connecting communities and driving change in suicide prevention. The Summit Webinars also spotlight community-based programs that show measurable impact in suicide prevention, an increase in help-seeking behaviors, and stigma reduction among diverse individuals and communities.
These webinar discussions are a powerful opportunity to learn about access, effectiveness, and cultural relevance surrounding mental health and suicide prevention. We hope you find them illuminating and inspiring, and we look forward to bringing you more health equity resources through The Upright.
