Dear Faithful Texas Supporter,

As a father and 5th Generation Texan, it gives me great joy to tell you that at Texas Values we just had one of our most important victories ever!! A victory for little girls, for families, for justice, and for God’s design of the human body.

It took us 11 years to reach this goal, to finish this race, to make sure we kept our word - that we never stop working and fighting; and we always show up!! If you had told me in 2014 that it would take this long to get a “final” victory on this very important and common sense issue, I may not have believed you. You see, our opposition is counting on us to run out of energy, to run out of time, to run out of faith, and to run out of money.

In the past you have seen us use the phrase “Ban The Bible” bills to describe the goal of the other side: so many of our issues—and really all of them—are connected to ours and your beliefs in the Bible. On December 4, 2025 the Texas Women’s Privacy Act new law went into effect and is now the law that must be followed statewide!!

Because of our ongoing efforts—and YOUR SUPPORT—real progress is being made, and girls are being protected. What we hoped and worked for the last ten years, is becoming reality! Please make your tax-deductible donation today or by December 31st! TxValues.org

While the law has passed, our work is far from finished. Some elected officials have openly stated they intend to defy the law and push back against its enforcement. Which is why continued vigilance is necessary.

The law must be followed and enforced. We are committed to ensuring compliance and accountability, protecting the dignity and safety of Texas women and girls. There are consequences for disregarding the rule of law, and we will not hesitate to pursue them to protect those most at risk.

We will not hesitate to pursue them to protect those most at risk.

Like what happened to Brooke Slusser, a female college volleyball player from Texas. Brooke was so traumatized by the situation that she developed
a dangerous eating disorder and had problems with her internal reproductive functions. We have been working alongside Brooke this year and she has been so key to victory on this issue.

Shiloh Satterfield was in elementary school in Dripping Springs, when she came home and told her daddy that a boy was in her bathroom at school today. And the school covered it up, they deliberately did not tell parents when asked about it, and they refused to tell parents the full truth when the hard questions were asked! We have been working with Shiloh since 2017 on this issue.
