Friend, there’s just one month left in the Conservative Party’s race to select a new leader, and our Liberal movement is stepping up our hard work this summer to keep Canada moving forward.

Conservative leadership candidates have been doubling down on the same divisive politics we’ve seen before from Stephen Harper and Andrew Scheer, with promises that include making pollution free again, weakening Canadian gun control, making cuts to vital services, and even to “Defund the CBC.”

Thanks to dedicated supporters like you, we’re able to keep building on our positive progress for Canadians – but we can’t slow down for a moment, and we can never take that progress for granted. Just four weeks ago, the Conservative Party even started a new “Early Election Fund.”

Nine months ago today, Canadians chose to keep moving forward with Justin Trudeau’s plan to invest in the middle class and the most vulnerable, grow an economy that works for everyone, fight climate change, and keep communities safe with stronger gun control. And as our Liberal government works to keep Canadians healthy, safe, and supported through these unprecedented last few months, our movement is also taking its hope and hard work to the next level in new and virtual ways.

Just this past weekend, more than 700 volunteers in over 200 communities made more than 35,000 calls to check in with Canadians all across the country to hear your ideas for building a better Canada.


We know how much is at stake for Canadians, and we need to keep working together to build a better future. We always need to be ready to protect our progress and keep Canada moving forward – and as always, friend, it’s only possible with your support.
