I love the holidays. They've always been about family to me, and I will cherish the time spent during this special season with those I love forever — even after they're no longer with us.
I can't look back on the holidays without thinking of my mother, my grandfather, my uncle and my aunts. They filled this time of year with so much love, laughter and joy. They helped shape me into who I am today. And Alzheimer's disease took them all from me.
For a long time, I was scared that I'd get Alzheimer's, just like they did. But I'm not afraid anymore. I'm grateful for the time I had with them, even if it was cut far too short. And thanks to the Alzheimer's Association — and everyone who supports them — I'm hopeful that we can end this disease so that we can all have more holidays together. But we need your help.

That's why I'm writing to tell you about the Association's Holiday 3X Match Challenge, an amazing offer from the HFGF. They have generously pledged to triple-match any holiday gift you make today — up to $100,000. Their gift will support Alzheimer's research efforts, while yours will provide care and support and continue to advance vital research. But this opportunity ends on December 23.
Your passion for our fight is what gives me hope. It is this community that makes it possible for the Association to do so much good for families impacted by Alzheimer's — like mine — at all times of the year.
The holidays are a time to reflect on all we are grateful for, but we have to look ahead to the challenges 2026 will bring. The number of people living with Alzheimer's is only growing. More loved ones will lose their memories, sense of safety and independence. More of us will lose the family members and friends who've made us who we are and made the holidays so special.
Friend, my work with the Alzheimer's Association has opened my eyes to how crucial your participation in our community is to our fight.

I look forward to the day when no one has to lose a mother, grandfather, aunt or uncle to this disease. I look forward to the day we can end Alzheimer's forever. And I look forward — with great hope and gratitude — to fighting this fight with you. Please give today while your gift can triple in impact.
Thank you in advance for your holiday gift. I wish you and your loved ones a holiday season filled with good times and good health.
With hope and joy,
