NEW MEXICO SUPREME COURT REVERSES A JUDGE'S ORDER TO TEMPORARILY STOP THE GOVERNOR'S BAN ON IN-HOUSE RESTAURANT DINING
The New Mexico Supreme Court overrode a judge's ruling yesterday that would have allowed restaurants to reopen for 10 days at 50% capacity. The High Court's reversal came hours after the state district court judge issued a temporary restraining order against the Lujan Grisham Administration. The state district court judge had handed down the TRO after the New Mexico Restaurant Association filed a lawsuit against the state. The Supreme Court granted the Governor’s Office request for an emergency stay of the ruling, ordering the parties to file their arguments with the High Court within the next week.

REP. TORRES SMALL'S NEW CAMPAIGN MANAGER HIRE REVEALS BLATANT HYPOCRISY
Call Rep. Xochitl Torres Small the "Hypocrisy Candidate."
She recently announced she had hired a new campaign manager, Emma Caccamo, an anti-gun radical who once helped run Democrat Michael Bloomberg's gun control group "Everytown for Gun Safety," a group that opposes gun rights.
This hire comes as Torres Small consistently showcases herself as a hunter, carrying a rifle. One of Torres Small's past television campaign ads shows her toting a gun and shooting game throughout the entire media spot.
This is the latest sign that the incumbent is completely removed from the interests and needs of her constituents in New Mexico's 2nd Congressional District.
"Torres Small's political hire is hypocritical and an insult to our constituents. It demonstrates once again that she acts one way to garner votes, while her real motivation is something else," said Republican Party of New Mexico Chairman Steve Pearce. "This is just a two-faced campaign. By hiring an anti-gun campaign manager, it's obvious she doesn't support the 2nd Amendment, all this while showing off publicly that she covets her guns and hunting."
Here's the story from the Associated Press ([link removed]) . ([link removed])
It's no surprise Torres Small is shuffling her staff: The Washington Post reports that this race is the most competitive in the nation, while the Washington Examiner reports on a poll revealing the race in a dead heat.

NEW MEXICO WALMART'S SUDDEN REOPENING IS ANOTHER SIGN OF STATE'S FAVORITISM OF CORPORATE STORES DURING THIS COVID-19 ECONOMIC CRISIS
The quick reopening of a Las Cruces Walmart after four workers tested positive for COVID-19 again demonstrates the Lujan Grisham Administration’s blatant preferential treatment of corporate out-of-state giants over our mom-and-pop businesses.
Hours after the Walmart shut down, it reopened after it was "further cleaned and sanitized."
It looks as though Gov. Lujan Grisham’s Administration says it’s okay to contract COVID-19 and then go back inside a business where people had tested positive.
How do you wipe down an entire Walmart in a few hours?
Did Walmart toss out its entire inventory?
And these outside cleaners—might they have tested positive for the virus?
This is just the latest example of these corporate heavy-hitters—continuing to grab New Mexico dollars—getting special treatment by the State.

Mary Ingham
Senate District 14

I was raised with parents serving Sioux and Navajo people in S.D. and Crownpoint, NM. I have lived in the far South Valley for 24 years, with my husband, Stewart, raising 5 children and loving our 4 grandchildren. UNM Physical Therapy (PT) and Family Studies degrees have allowed me to serve in rural native communities with Indian Children’s Program and to serve NM children with special needs/developmental disabilities, their families and PT students through Carrie Tingley Hospital/UNM H. I have served on the Church of Our Lord vestry, school parent associations, and on the boards of the Education of Parents of Indian Children with Special Needs (EPICS) and Joni and Friends(JAF). Our family collects wheelchairs and mobility equipment and travels internationally to deliver it to people with disabilities through JAF Wheels for the World.
I am a patriotic American and I love New Mexicans, especially her children. It breaks my heart to see New Mexico at the bottom of so many quality of life lists, and only topping the list for things like being the “ leader in late term abortions and now suicides”. The most important day in my life was in 1986 when I repented from my many sins and invited Jesus Christ to lead and guide my life from that day forward. I am running for the NM Senate not for my own glory, but only to bring glory to Almighty GOD, since HE alone has the answers we need.
