What would it take to end abortion once and for all?
Part of the answer to that question lies in an important statistic: According to the CDC, nearly 90% of women who get abortions are unmarried.
Since the dawn of the Sexual Revolution, marriage and family have been dismissed and degraded, widespread contraceptive use has entrenched a “safe sex” mentality into society, and hook-up culture has exploded — especially on college campuses.
The result? Over 2,800 preborn babies are killed by abortion every single day in America alone.
We must act with haste to protect these defenseless little ones. ([link removed] )
The North Star of Live Action’s mission, and of the broader pro-life movement, continues to be the total abolition of abortion. However, if we don’t address the underlying beliefs and behaviors that are leading to so many unexpected pregnancies, then we are guaranteed to fail.
We have to seek more than just the abolition of abortion; we need to confront the root cause issues fueling this crisis in order to build a truly pro-life culture. We must know not only what we stand against, but what we stand for.

- Establishing 100 Live Action campus chapters at universities and colleges across the country in the next year, equipping students to not only oppose abortion but also to promote biblical sexual ethics and the blessings of marriage and family
- Hosting the inaugural class of the North Star Fellowship, designed to train and form the next generation of pro-life leaders
- Expanding our church outreach to empower church leaders to be vocal advocates for life and boldly lead their congregations with truth and compassion
- And launching a new line of physical pro-life resources, presenting some of Live Action’s most compelling digital content in a format that can be easily shared in person by pregnancy resource centers, sidewalk counselors, and community groups
