Mark your calendars for these upcoming events located at the Skagit County Fairgrounds! 

Candy Cane Lane **Enter via the South Gate, 501 Taylor Street** December 20 This event has been rescheduled to December 20th. A free holiday vendor event for all your holiday shopping needs and activities for kids.

Skagit Valley Herald Christmas Fund **Enter via North Gate, 1410 Virginia Street** The Skagit Valley Herald Christmas Fund is a non-profit, charitable organization providing toys, books and a holiday meal to needy children and their families in Skagit County for the past 75 years.  Skagit Valley Herald Christmas Fund – Late Registration  Low-income families who reside in Skagit County may still come to the Skagit County Fairgrounds, 1410 Virginia Street in Mount Vernon and register in person for Christmas Gifts for their kids during late registration.  They need to bring a driver’s license or photo ID.  Saturday, December 20, from 10 am – 3 pm. Gates close promptly at 3:00 pm. NORA RC Racing Rookie Academy January 11 The "Rookie Academy" is a free event for people interested in trying RC cars, hosted by NORA. It's a beginner-friendly event that provides a relaxed environment for new racers to try out RC cars with guidance from experienced NORA members.  NORA Carpet On-Road Rookie Academy  https://www.skagitriverraceway.com/ Enter via the South Gate, 501 Taylor Street

Skagit County Fairgrounds Foundation

Formed in 2024, the Skagit County Fairgrounds foundation is a 501(c)3 non profit organization
comprised entirely of volunteers from the community who wish to see the Skagit County
Fairgrounds flourish for generations to come.

The Foundation board is looking for new board members, donors and supporters to help the Foundation keep up the good work that has been started!
