GOP Sen. Mike Lee’s latest amendment would remove critical protections for national parks, opening up these treasured lands to be chopped up and sold to the highest bidder.

It’s part of a broader push by the Trump Administration to put our national forests, rivers and trails up for auction, so they can be bought by corporations that want to drill, mine, and harvest timber from our former favorite hiking, fishing, or hunting spots.
