Feedback Session: Draft Cannabis Advertising Rules – Jan. 9, 2026
As part of the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) rulemaking to implement Engrossed Senate Bill (ESB) 5206, LCB is holding an online, virtual feedback session on Friday, Jan.9, 2026, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Anyone who is interested is invited to attend.

During these online sessions please keep the following in mind:
- Feedback sessions may be recorded and any recordings are subject to public disclosure. Recordings help to ensure we collect all feedback and that those who can't attend can view the sessions when they are available.
- The Teams chat feature will be on. Questions written in the chat will be saved in the rulemaking file and are subject to public disclosure.
- Questions and comments in the sessions' chat may not be responded to in real time but will be addressed at the end of the session, as time allows.
- You will be muted and will be unmuted when the sessions' facilitator turns on your microphone.
- To ask questions during the sessions, you must use the raise hand function and you will be unmuted to ask your question.
