John, In my launch video, I told you that I won’t be bullied by AIPAC or any other special interest. And well, look what happened a few days later…

A group closely tied to AIPAC, DMFI PAC, endorsed my opponent, Dan Goldman. This group has a history of spending big to defeat progressives like me in congressional races. 

DMFI has a very radical view on the situation in Gaza, that’s out of step with most of the voters of NY-10 and most Americans, in general. 

They refuse to condemn Netanyahu’s war crimes against Palestinians. They believe, as my opponent does, that we should continue to send weapons to Israel without any conditions on the treatment of Palestinian civilians. They weaponize Jewish fear of anti-semitism and turn it against Muslims and multiracial democracy in general, something I called out in an interview this week. ⬇️

For too long, U.S. foreign policy leadership – including among Democrats – has failed to recognize and advance this clear truth: Israelis will only be safe and free when Palestinians are free and safe. 

We should recognize a Palestinian state, while insisting that it too follow international law and reject terrorism. For any of that, we must curb AIPAC’s outsized influence in our politics.

Unlike other politicians, my views on foreign policy are NOT for sale, and I KNOW that a true people-powered movement can beat the DMFI PACs and AIPACs of the world. Can you chip in to show these outside special interest groups they can't buy this seat?
