As 2025 comes to a close, I have been reflecting on all we have accomplished together this year. Across the country and around the world, schools are striving to build learning environments where every student feels a sense of well-being, engagement, and belonging. This work isn’t easy, but it’s essential. It is our honor at Challenge Success to work with all of the students, educators, and families who share the belief that young people shouldn’t have to choose between doing well and being well.

2025 was a notable year for Challenge Success research. We partnered with the National Association of Independent Schools ([link removed]) and the International Coalition of Girls’ Schools ([link removed]) to share student voice data and lift up schools where students are thriving. Along with colleagues at the Stanford Graduate School of Education, we explored the relationship between AI and academic integrity ([link removed]) . Finally, we published a new research brief, Navigating Stress in Schools: How Adaptive Coping Builds Resilience ([link removed]) , along with companion pieces for students and parents/caregivers.
