Opponents of voting rights have been working on these objectives for years. They've targeted state legislatures and key statewide offices to control the rules around voting and that's why they've been in a position to follow up on the "Big Lie" with bill after bill suppressing the vote. They've played the long game to pick and choose their voters and protect their own power.

But they are the last line of defense against voter suppression and diminished ballot access, which is why we need to invest in voter information, registration, and participation in these critical races.
