We’ve run into a bit of a problem:

See, a lot of people think gerrymandering is over in Kansas. They think, since Kansas Republicans called off their special legislative session last month, everything’s settled. Sharice Davids won, and National Republicans lost.

So we want to say this in no uncertain terms. This fight is not over. If anything, Kansas Republicans are more emboldened, more determined than ever to gerrymander our state’s maps and kick Sharice out of Congress.

In fact, they’ve already set a date: January 12th.

Here’s the extra problem: since a lot of people believe the Kansas GOP’s gerrymander is a thing of the past, our donations have slowed at the worst possible time. We’re just weeks away from the regular legislative session… and these emails are only raising a fraction of what they raised a few months ago.

This is one of our biggest problems right now. It’s not that Kansans don’t care. They just don’t know. Please, help us spread the word and get our fundraising back on track while we still have time. The clock is running out, and we need to enter the new year in a position of strength.
