I’m going to make a bold statement, John.

I just might have one of the toughest jobs in Congress:

- I’m a first-time Congressman in the minority party of a deeply divided House.
- I won CA-45 by a razor-thin margin of 653 votes. One of the only flips in 2024.

Many, if not most, folks in my position would ride out the storm without making any waves. That’s not who I am, John.

I’m the proud son of Vietnamese immigrants who gave up everything to escape to America after the Fall of Saigon. I dedicated my life to this country and my community -- serving in the Army, and now representing Southern California in Washington.

I have a duty to serve with dignity and without fear. That means standing up for what’s right -- and oftentimes going toe-to-toe with the MAGA agenda that is leaving working families behind.

Now, we’re about to turn the page into the midterm election year. I’m facing four GOP challengers in my first re-election campaign, and I won’t lie: the challenge ahead is big.

I’m standing by my values -- not taking donations from Big Pharma or Big Oil -- because it’s the right thing to do. If you’re with me, $3 would go far ahead of our final FEC deadline of 2025.
