Friend, it’s been another busy week for us and I wanted to make sure you didn’t miss anything.

This week, we announced that two more companies (Liberty Mutual and Safeco) are cutting rates for Georgia drivers.

We previously announced that State Farm is cutting rates.

It’s not an overnight process, but our work to crack down on fraud and abuse is starting to pay off. It’ll mean real savings for Georgia families.

In 2026, I’m pushing for two new things.

First, my office should be able to issue larger individual fines against big insurance companies. Overall, I’ve fined them more than any Commissioner in Georgia history, but I’ve had to do so through countless $2,000 fines.

That needs to change. We’ve got plenty of carrots. We need to be able to enter the room with a bigger stick.

Second, we need to cap excess profits auto insurance providers are reaping on GA families. It’s brought rates down elsewhere without providers pulling out of the market. We owe it to Georgians to try it here.

The Way Forward

I also joined The John Fredericks Show, Politically Georgia, and The Martha Zoller Show to talk about the way forward for Georgia Republicans in 2026.

It’s halftime in our state. It’s time to hunker down, get out there and knock doors, make our case, and win up and down the ballot in 2026.

Finally, I wrote in Townhall about how Jon Ossoff has failed on two issues that are critical to Georgia: Border security and veterans issues.

As a lawman and soldier who served at our border, I know a thing or two about both.

I also know that Ossoff is going to spend hundreds of millions trying to rewrite his record next year. Don’t fall for it.

Read what I had to say here or above.

Thank you for your continued support.

I’m a lawman and a soldier, not a politician.

As Georgia’s Insurance Commissioner, I’m standing up to the big corporations, rooting out corruption, and putting families first.

As the first Hispanic elected statewide in our history, I'm working to build bridges with Latino voters before Election Day.

This work matters, and it’s critical we have the means to get the word out. I need you on the frontlines with me.

If you’re able, I hope you’ll donate $10, $5, or even just $2 now. Every single donation counts.
