Across the country, Black literature is under attack. A new report revealed that over 591 books by Black authors have been banned in 2025 across 6 states.

Donald Trump and his MAGA allies are doing everything they can to HIDE Black history, ERASE Black culture, and push a racist agenda on our students.

They are working to indoctrinate the next generation by teaching them a false version of history.

They don’t want anybody to know about the contributions of Black leaders, activists and heroes.

They don’t want anyone to know about the horrors of slavery, Jim Crow, and the legacies of racism that continue to this day.

They create these false narratives because they make it easier for Trump and his cronies to consolidate power, undermine resistance, and control Americans.

We can’t let that happen. We need to DEMAND that our history is protected for generations to come. We need to make sure our students are taught the truth about Black history. We need to STOP MAGA from banning books by Black authors. And we need massive public support to make it happen.
