Did you see Donald’s email? We’re halfway to our $80,000 July match challenge, and if you’re able, we could use your support.

We’ve been so impressed with how committed CREW supporters are to the fight against corruption—for the last three years, but especially in the last few difficult months. President Trump’s anti-democratic attacks are deeply disturbing, and we can’t let them go unanswered. This is a fight worth having, and we’re glad to have you in the fight with us.

Make a matched donation now, and we’ll put it to work countering corruption and abuse of power.

Thank you,

The CREW Team

This is a scary time for our country and our democracy. In the last few months, we’ve seen that a global pandemic won’t slow down President Trump’s attacks on our democracy or his blatant disregard for ethics. We’ve seen how far Trump and Attorney General Barr are willing to go to advance Trump’s racist, anti-democratic agenda.

But we’ve also seen something else: Americans aren’t backing down in the fight for our democracy.

Here at CREW, we’ve seen an incredible groundswell of people outraged and taking action—calling for AG Barr’s impeachment, demanding stronger oversight of pandemic response spending and keeping the pressure on for Congress to take action on Trump’s attacks on watchdogs.

One more way you can take action, if you’re able, is by making a matched donation to CREW’s July match challenge. Through July 31st, a generous donor is matching up to $80,000 in donations to CREW. Make a donation of $35—or any amount—now and it will go twice as far in helping us fight back.

We don’t know what these next few months will hold. But if the past is any indication, President Trump will likely continue his bottomless corruption, loyalty purges and attacks on oversight. Jared Kushner will likely continue ignoring conflict of interest rules, and AG Barr will continue intervening in ways that benefit Trump personally rather than upholding the integrity of the justice system.

We’d like to be wrong about that, but if we’re not, we are ready to fight back against whatever they throw at us.

Make a matched donation now and help CREW continue our work countering corruption.

Thank you,

Donald Sherman
Deputy Director, CREW
