We’ve been all over Iowa’s 3rd district, talking to voters and sharing our message, so I wanted to take a moment to tell you about this campaign, John.

I’m a mom, a Lutheran minister, and a leader at a food pantry network. I serve as an Iowa State Senator, and I have flipped two districts from red to blue.

I won my seat last cycle by just 29 votes, even though Trump won my district.

As a former hospital chaplain, I know that even in the hardest times, there’s always something you can do to make things better. That’s why I stepped up to run for this seat. Not because victory was guaranteed, but because families in IA-03 deserve a leader who will show up, listen, and fight for our needs. Instead, we have Nunn.

It’s no easy task to flip a seat blue, especially here in Iowa. But we’re building something truly special, and we’re spreading hope around the Third District. I have never felt more confident that we will flip this seat, but we need to do it together.

So I have to ask, John. Will you donate today to help us out? Zach Nunn will put up a tough fight, so we need to build as much momentum early on as we can.
