Dear Friend, 

This is our final report for 2025.  As the year comes to a close, we wish you and your family a joyful Christmas and Happy Hanukkah.

We have two big stories to report.  Let's get into it.

OKLAHOMA

Every single county in Oklahoma went to Donald Trump in last year's election.  No other state can say the same thing.

So you would think that the Left would give up on the Sooner State.  But because of their deep pockets - thanks to billionaires like George Soros and Michael Bloomberg - the Democrats are using the only tool they have to infiltrate red states - the ballot.

Out-of-state left wing money is pouring into Oklahoma to get State Question 836 on the ballot.  This would bring California-style elections to the state by ending closed primaries and forcing all Republicans, Democrats and third-party candidates to be listed on the same ballot in future elections.  

Had SQ 836 been law of the land in 2018, Republican Governor Kevin Stitt wouldn't have been elected.  Instead, two Democrats - Drew Edmondson and Candace Johnson - would have appeared on the general election ballot because they secured the most votes in the primary.

Right now, the only vocal opposition to SQ 836 is the Oklahoma Republican Party and your Oklahoma Freedom Caucus.  They are urging voters to "decline to sign" the Left's petition to get their scheme on the ballot.

The Left has until January 26.  They need 172,993 signatures to qualify for the ballot - a mere 7 percent of all registered voters in Oklahoma.

If you live in Oklahoma or have friends and family there, be sure to "decline to sign"!

GEORGIA

Our good friends at the State Leadership Initiative have been working closely with our various state freedom caucuses to expose the "Shadow Government" that is quietly pulling the levers of power in our state capitols.  

The scheme works as follows:

Obscure non-profit organizations work with state bureaucrats to grow government and reward special interests with no accountability to the voters.

Case in point - The National Association of Medicaid Directors (NAMD) is a group that is run by Georgia's own Medicaid director, Lynette Rhodes.  The NAMD helped insert controversial DEI language into the questionnaire that Georgia gives to insurance companies.  The companies that receive the highest scores then get large contracts to cover care under Medicaid.

For example, insurers that have mandatory "implicit bias" training for their employees scored higher.  Insurers that recommended transgender kids be connected to "faith-based organizations" as part of their therapy got penalized.

You won't hear vocal opposition of this from the liberal Republicans in the Atlanta Swamp, but after the Washington Free Beacon and The Federalist exposed this scheme with the help of SLI, the Georgia Freedom Caucus is demanding answers.

They are calling on a full performance audit of the bureaucracy in charge of the state's Medicaid program and they are introducing legislation next year to fix the problem.
