 The Goliad Declaration of Independence
This Saturday, December 20, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
Step back in time at Presidio La BahÃa as living historians recreate the signing of the first Texas Declaration, exactly 190 years to the day on the very same spot! Part of the Presidio’s 190th Series commemorating the Texas War for Independence, the event features engaging presentations, a reenactment, and a celebratory flag raising in the Presidio Plaza.
