The White House has targeted Dr. Anthony Fauci -- the nation’s leading expert on infectious diseases -- after he said in an interview that our nation is still “knee deep” in the first wave of this crisis. Trump disagreed, saying, “I think we are in a good place.” He even went on to admit, "I sort of didn't listen to my experts."
Trump and his administration are doing anything they can to discredit Dr. Fauci, but potential Vice Presidential nominee Elizabeth Warren has come out in strong support of scientists, experts, and facts.
Here’s what she had to say: “Listen to the scientists. Listen to the public health experts. Listen to the facts and data. Listen to the doctors and nurses and emergency responders on the front lines.
“Listen to Dr. Fauci.”
