That certainly wasn't on my 2025 bingo card.
If you missed it, White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles gave a series of exhaustive and candid interviews to Vanity Fair that released this week. Boy, did she have a lot to say.
From describing Trump's personality as that of an alcoholic, to dishing on Elon's drug habits , Susie didn't hold back. Yet the oddest thing about all of this is that I didn't say outgoing or former Chief of Staff.
Normally this is the kind of talk that the powerful insiders of the Trump administration save for a book after their service when they try to salvage their reputation. Instead, Susie seems eager to keep working for and with people who she states are mistaken, have gone too far in their ICE deportations, and are pursuing a campaign of retribution.
The tastiest bite of this whole ordeal is that Vice President JD offered cash to Vanity Fair's photographer if he made others, especially his 2028 rival Little Marco , look bad.
We're eagerly awaiting JD's submission for the next Gossip Girl.
I do want to get one more funny thing on the record before moving on to Oklahoma's rightwing tea. For as much as the Republicans love to bash the "mainstream media," does anyone else remember when Bush's White House did this exact same photo shoot with Vanity Fair ?!
I'd ask what is with these freaks power posing in conference rooms, but now I'm starting to suspect it's a standard pre-invading another country for their oil thing.

Back to Oklahoma, and I honestly expected the extremist Republican drama to sizzle out some after the departure of Ryan Walters (unfortunately, yes he's still lurking with his car videos in some Wendy's parking lot) .

But the real blows this week come as everyone running for the Governor's office, and Kevin which is weird because he can't run again, are trying to out-MAGA each other.
Charles & Gentner are in a tat about who's done more to save Oklahoma from a Chinese invasion.
Gentner & Kevin are up to their necks fighting over chicken shit - yes literally.
Oh and Gentner is making his round of name calling, launching a whole website labeling Charles an Obama Democrat and insisting Open Borders Kevin kick out resettled Afghans who assisted US Armed Forces.
Thankfully, our Democratic candidates are out knocking doors and solving problems.
