Today, I’m going to ask you to split a donation between my Senate campaign in Ohio and the DNC. But first, I want to explain why your support is so important and what could happen without it.

Here’s what’s going on in Ohio:

Experts at The Cook Political Report have increased our chances of winning.
I’ve been travelling all across the state to meet with voters directly, listen to their stories, and build momentum on the ground.
Not one but two polls now show me leading my Republican opponent, Jon Husted.

Folks in Ohio and across our country are hurting — and Republicans like Husted aren’t lifting a finger to help. Husted continues to put the interests of his billionaire friends and corporate special interest allies first.

It’s shameful, and that’s why we have to defeat him.

I’m counting on folks like you to keep our grassroots movement going strong. Corporate special interests are gearing up to spend millions against me, and the only way I can fight back and win is with your support. Will you split a contribution between my campaign and the DNC to help?

Your donation today won’t just support our fight in Ohio — it will power the critical work that the DNC is doing nationwide to win up and down the ballot. And with our most important fundraising deadline of the year coming up on December 31, right now is when your contribution will have the biggest impact.

After the month ends, our numbers go public. We’ll be required to report how much we’ve raised over the past few months and how many donations we’ve received. Those numbers will tell a story — everyone will be waiting to see whether or not we have what it takes to flip Ohio’s Senate seat.
