Hi Friend,
This week, meet Jedd (3) from Kumasi, Ghana. Since he was one week old, a blocked tear duct in his right eye caused constant discharge, infections, and social stigma.
During a recent pediatric training on board our Flying Eye Hospital project in October, Volunteer Faculty ophthalmologist Dr. Sima Das successfully resolved all of Jedd’s issues—thanks to your support.
Today, he’s back to doing what he loves: excelling in math and English and dreaming big—he can’t decide if he wants to be a pilot or a doctor!
Your generosity powers sight-saving care and essential ophthalmic training through the Flying Eye Hospital and beyond. With your support, more children like Jedd can study, play, and thrive with clear, comfortable vision.
