Judicial Watch
Dear Judicial Watch Member,

Thanks to our supporters, Judicial Watch is wrapping up one of the most impactful years in our 31-year history.

Every day our team works hard to honor that support by doing the heavy lifting to successfully fight for clean elections, accountability, and the rule of law.

As you may be considering charitable contributions in this season of giving, I humbly ask that you consider making a first-time tax-deductible gift to Judicial Watch. It will help us continue our fights against corruption in what will be a critical election year.

FUEL JUDICIAL WATCH’S FIGHT FOR CLEAN ELECTIONS IN 2026

As you know from my prior updates, Judicial Watch will be going back to the Supreme Court in 2026 for another landmark case – This one to challenge Mississippi’s lawless practice of counting ballots received up to five days after Election Day.

At the heart of this case is a simple question: When is an election really over?

We addressed the question in our recently filed opposition to the cert petition (Brief in Opposition) with the Supreme Court which states:

“Federal law sets Election Day as the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November.”

And that Congress made the law of the land perfectly clear that there is to be a single national Election Day.

“In passing the Election Day statutes, Congress sought ‘uniform[ity]’ in ‘holding all elections for Congress and the Presidency on a single day throughout the Union.’”

When states overreach by extending ballot receipt far after the allotted day, they not only disobey federal law.

They also erode public confidence in our elections.

While we’re incredibly proud to fight for election integrity at the Supreme Court, it’s important for you to know this is just 1 of over 140 court cases on the JW docket including our election integrity work along with our Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuits which help expose corruption at the federal, state, and local level.

YOUR YEAR-END GIFT SUPPORTS JUDICIAL WATCH’S HISTORIC 2026 CASELOAD

If there’s an issue that’s important to you, chances are Judicial Watch is defending your values and priorities in court with our litigation.

The unprecedented scope of our work is what makes Judicial Watch America’s largest and most important public records litigator.

But, suing the deep state and taking on billionaire funded special interests can take years requiring hundreds of hours of work from our elite team of lawyers and investigators.

That is why I am asking for your help as we close this year out.

As I’m writing this, we still need to raise $6.2 million by December 31 to hit our budgeted year-end goal.

Your tax-deductible contribution today will help:

  • Fund our ongoing Supreme Court fight to prevent states from turning Election Day into Election Week (or even Election Month)
  • Sustain Judicial Watch’s docket of over 140 other lawsuits nationwide
  • Ensure we have the resources to file new lawsuits quickly as unexpected threats to fair elections and the rule of law emerge in 2026

Will you make a generous and tax-deductible gift today?

I WILL HELP JUDICIAL WATCH DEFEND ELECTIONS & FIGHT CORRUPTION

Thank you for reading my message. If you choose to join Judicial Watch as a financial supporter today, your gift will help ensure our work is fully resourced to defend the rule of law in the New Year.

Sincerely,
Thomas Fitton
President, Judicial Watch
