I have good news and bad news.

The good news is that yesterday the House of Representatives passed H.R. 3492, a bill to criminalize performing sex-change surgeries and giving puberty “blockers” to minors.

The bad news is that 211 members of the House of Representatives voted AGAINST protecting children.


This isn’t surprising, but it is appalling.

Like me, you know that no child is born in the wrong body.

God doesn’t make mistakes.

But there are huge dollars funding a gender industrial complex that prays on vulnerable children for profit.

And that well-funded gender industrial complex is extremely politically active.

I believe that is what we saw yesterday.

A bipartisan group of 211 Representatives, both Republicans and Democrats, voted against protecting children from genital mutilation and sterilization drugs.

If it is politically advantageous for 211 members of Congress to vote against protecting children… we have a lot of work ahead of us.

That is why our landmark lawsuits on behalf of de-transitioners like Chloe Cole, Luka Hein, and Clementine Breen are so important.

These young women were all put on testosterone and puberty blockers…as minors.

They all underwent double mastectomies…as minors.

They weren’t old enough to sign a check or get a tattoo, but that didn’t stop doctors from inflicting irreversible harm on them.

The Center for American Liberty will never shy away from a fight…

…we were founded by the one and only Harmeet Dhillon and y’all know she never backs down.

The fight ahead—holding gender clinics accountable and making “gender affirming care” unthinkable—will be long and arduous.

The other side has deep pockets and no shame.
