The UN General Assembly voted this week to remove "sexual orientation and gender identity" from a resolution on persons with disabilities. This is the first time this has happened and it is a historic win for pro-life and pro-family allies at the United Nations. We owe a debt of gratitude to the Organization for Islamic Cooperation, the coalition of UN member states that sponsored the amendment. Thanks, also, to the Trump administration. The president of the United Nations General Assembly this term is a German lady who openly and quite undiplomatically disdains the US government under Donald Trump. Her disdain is palpable during negotiations. Stefano Gennarini, J.D. has a report.
