Hi John,

You don’t want to miss your chance to protect private property rights in Canada.

Right now, private property is not protected by Canada’s constitution.

Now courts have ruled that even your home ownership might be at risk.

You can automatically add your name to join the fight to protect property rights by clicking the box in the form below:

I, John xxxxxx, call on politicians to enshrine property rights in the Constitution.

Hi John,

Your private property rights are at risk in Canada.

Legal cases like the Cowichan decision threaten to undermine property titles for homes and businesses.

Ottawa’s gun ban and confiscation scheme will force law-abiding hunters and sports shooters to turn in their firearms, even though law enforcement experts say it won’t make Canada safer.

Part of the problem is that there’s absolutely no protection for private property in Canada’s Constitution.

Property rights are essential for accountability.

And even uncertainty about property rights can create huge economic costs.

Your lawyers at the CTF say there’s a critical solution.

The government must add private property rights to the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

This is your chance to stand up for property rights in Canada.

You can make a difference by signing the petition, but you’re doing more than adding your name. When you sign the petition, you become part of the fight to protect property rights. You’ll be the first in the know when it’s time to push the politicians to protect private property.

Will you sign the PETITION calling on the Canadian governments to add property rights to the constitution?

I don’t think families should have to worry about basic things like the title to their home. Property rights are a cornerstone of accountability. And it’s important to stand up for those rights.

Thanks for standing up for taxpayers — you’re making a difference!

All the best,
