If I had magical powers like Elphaba or Elsa, I would transport you to
my very first visit to Children's Hospital Los Angeles. On that
day, I met patients, their parents, and some of the hospital's amazing
nurses and doctors.

I learned that CHLA feels like a place where magic really
happens-a beautiful and healing place full of wonderful people
who care for CHLA's patients.

When I visited the hospital, my sister and I read from our children's
book, "Loud Mouse." Reading and singing with the kids that day and
seeing their faces light up with joy made me so
hopeful. I can't express what an absolute privilege it was.
