We prepared for a year before Inauguration Day to hit the ground running in court, and it paid off: We’ve already filed nearly 70 lawsuits against your administration. Your actions have threatened the foundations of our democracy, undermined the rule of law, and attempted to sow division across our nation. Yet, time and again, we have proven that the principles of justice are stronger than your intimidation tactics.
We remain committed to defending the rights of the American people, protecting our democratic institutions, and ensuring that no one — not even the president — is above the law. We will see you in court.
