Today, I filed 3 new lawsuits against President Trump. We’ve now sued the Trump administration 90 times.
 
We are suing the President today in 3 separate lawsuits to block his attempt to gut a critical anti-discrimination healthcare law, restart coal leasing on public lands, and undermine a rule limiting toxic air pollution.
 
 
Our court fights matter more than ever. The President is trying to “terminate healthcare” (his own words!), pillage our air and water, and gut our American values — all while failing to lead during the worst public health crisis we’ve faced in over a century.
 
Our 90 lawsuits are stopping this lawlessness — the President’s illegal handouts to corporate polluters, his repulsive healthcare rollbacks, and his unlawful attacks on our families.
