Seminar Overview

This seminar will introduce advocates to child immigration cases and the unique strategies, challenges, and forms of relief specific to this practice area. We will offer strategies on how to appropriately and effectively screen child clients and provide an overview of the types of immigration relief available to children. We'll also cover defending children in removal proceedings and discuss some special issues that may arise in youth cases, including juvenile delinquency and allegations of gang membership.
