Wisconsin DNR Backs Down, Reverses Course After WILL Lawsuit WILL dismissed a lawsuit filed in June against the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) after the state agency agreed to make in-person hunter education courses available in Wisconsin. The Bartlett Test: The Supreme Court of Wisconsin’s New Rule for Assessing the Constitutionality of Partial Vetoes WILL attorneys dive deeper into the recent Wisconsin Supreme Court decision in Bartlett v. Evers, a WILL case challenging Governor Evers's use of the partial veto. Oklahoma Governor Adopts K-12 Recommendations from WILL/OCPA WILL partnered with the Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs (OPCA) to provide Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt with K-12 policy recommendations for the use of CARES Act funds.
