As we close out the year, I’m reflecting on what comes next – not just for our politics, but for Win the Era and the community of people we’ve built around the belief that better politics can exist, and that we each have the power to help create it.
One thing I’ve seen over and over again is that progress doesn’t develop from the top down. It happens when people speak up about what matters in their lives, and when leaders take the time to listen.
So before we turn the page to a new year, I’d be grateful to hear from you. Your perspective helps shape the work we do at Win the Era: what we focus on, where I engage, and what steps we take toward a politics rooted in belonging, decency, and hope.
