In the last 15 years, we’ve welcomed over 2,000 aspiring and established New American leaders into our network. Together, we’ve concocted some pretty sweet change as we’ve challenged and expanded the narrative of who can lead our democracy. In 2025, our alumni achieved an 85% win rate at the polls! We can’t wait to see what comes next.

Over a weekend, you’ll get the opportunity to sink your teeth into tips and tricks on effective fundraising and messaging tactics, how you can embrace your New American heritage to become a more authentic leader, and also connect with other immigrant voices from your region! 🧁 If this sounds enticing, we ask that you reserve these dates:
