That’s why we’re so excited to announce that today, we’ll be kicking off our 2020 Summer of Dreams organizing fellowship program!
Over the next few weeks, students aged 15-20 from all across the country will come together (virtually, of course!) to empower each other and learn organizing skills they can bring back to their communities. They’ll hear from experienced organizers about the history of the social justice movement and get hands-on organizing experience — both online and off.
Programs like Summer of Dreams build a critical pipeline of talent for our movement and cultivate the next generation of activists from, and for, our immigrant and undocumented communities. And the only reason a program like this even exists is because of generous donations from our grassroot team members — like you!
