Rep. Derrick Van Orden of Wisconsin’s Third District wants you to think he is a tough guy. He wears his Navy SEAL Trident like a shield, using his past service to deflect from the fact that he is a traitor to this country and tried to overthrow a democratically elected government on January 6th, 2021.

He tries to show himself off as a tough guy. But real tough guys don’t scream at teenagers in the Capitol Rotunda. Real tough guys don’t harass 17-year-old librarians over book displays. Real tough guys don’t use campaign funds to travel to an insurrection against the government they swore to protect.

Derrick Van Orden is not a tough guy. He is a thug. And his race is SAM PAC’s number one target in Wisconsin.

SAM PAC will be clear about who Derrick Van Orden is:

* He is a Blue Falcon. Now that you know the term, we’re going to use it. Van Orden betrayed his oath to the Constitution to stand with the insurrectionists on January 6th.
* He is a Coward. In July 2023, he made headlines for screaming obscenities at high school-aged Senate pages who were taking photos of the Capitol dome. He called them "lazy sh*ts." He punched down at children because he lacks the character to punch up.
* He is Unfit. He represents a purple district in Wisconsin that does not share his values. He is there only because he has been able to ride the coattails of the MAGA movement.
