Folks,
I've got a radical, wild, nation-shaking idea.
If you don't show up for work, you shouldn't get paid.

But like typical Democrats, the Left wants to collect paychecks while kicking
their feet up in a recliner and taking naps under a weighted blanket.
Schumer's shutdown lasted for OVER A MONTH. And I see absolutely no reason why
Members of Congress got paid while millions of Americans suffered at the hands
of the Looney Left.
That's why I'm introducing legislation to HALT paychecks to Members of
Congress during government shutdowns.
Missing paychecks or empty dinner plates are not leverage or bargaining chips.
Congress ought to feel the same pain as our troops, air traffic controllers,
and federal workers. If we can't do our jobs and fund the government, we don't
deserve a paycheck. Plain and simple.
But I need your help. As silly as it sounds, there are plenty of Looney
Leftist Members of Congress who are completely content with sitting back and
doing nothing.
They've got the work ethic of a retired sloth.
