My name is Tamara Zuniga and I am a proud young Latina invested in creating a state where Marylanders are taken care of. I am one of many young progressives who are finally saying enough is enough, we must put our voices out there. I believe in justice and solidarity, and that is why I have decided to become involved in taking action.

Our agenda will include demands for:

A healthcare system free from the greed of insurance companies;
An immigration system that ends detention and abuse;
Environmental regulations that end the practice of locating polluting industries in majority Black and Brown communities;
A new economy that closes corporate tax loopholes, raises wages for workers, and strengthens organizing protections in the workplace
