Friend -
Thirty years ago, a small group of us sat around a table with a shared belief: that America's role in the world was not just a "nice to have" but a strategic imperative for our safety and economic interests.
The USGLC journey began.
>> Make a special end-of-year contribution to honor our 30th anniversary and support USGLC's mission
Over the past three decades, we are humbled by what we have built together - what the Washington Post called the "strange bedfellows coalition."
Today, at a moment when so much of America is divided, we are proud to be a uniter - bringing together military and faith leaders, farmers and business owners, elected and community leaders, and Republicans, Democrats, and Independents - united around a simple truth: America must lead in the world for America to win in the world.
USGLC has not shied away from the debate when policymakers asked about the impact of America's diplomacy, global health, international development and humanitarian programs. We stepped up with real reform proposals about which policies make America safer, stronger, and more prosperous through our Blueprint for How America Wins in the World.
And we remain one of the only organizations hosting policymakers around the country - from both sides of the aisle - in thoughtful dialogues with their constituents about how America wins in the world. We are showcasing these smart and effective investments - programs that have delivered over the last 30 years like PEPFAR that saved 26 million lives, and new innovative approaches, such as the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, to address challenges from the battle for critical minerals to global food insecurity.
Our work is not done, and as we look ahead to the new year, I need your help - especially when too many of our fellow citizens want America to turn inward. Can I count on your support to help sustain our mission into 2026 and beyond?
