Look, I've always been pretty impressed with the NDRC. But that's a given -- I work here! It's a bigger deal when people on the outside are impressed by what we're doing.

That's exactly what happened a few weeks ago. A new supporter from California reached out and told me he was so thrilled by our comprehensive strategy to end gerrymandering, our record of election wins, and our new plan to protect voters that he wanted to donate $50,000 to help us make a HUGE impact in 2020!

But there's a catch: To make his gift go further, he wants us to be able to raise $50,000 from grassroots donations first. If we can do that, he'll match every gift!

Why is raising $50,000 from grassroots supporters so important? Because it'll show the movement behind our push to end Republican gerrymandering. With just three-and-a-half months left until the election and five-and-a-half until redistricting kicks off, we must be able to show that the people demand fair maps for the next decade.
